The brief

For its KEJUTAN campaign (“Kejar Untung Jual Mobil Instan”), OLXmobbi wanted a lucky-draw activation for customers who bought or sold a car through the platform: enter the transaction’s licence plate, get verified, park your car on a virtual lot and drive away with a prize. Mobile first, on the campaign key visual, ready in weeks.

What we built

The participant flow. Registration, plate verification against a whitelist of eligible transactions, a redeem code check, the prize game and a confirmation screen, implemented from the design team’s artboards down to the pixel, including a licensed alternative to the campaign typeface.

The engine. A whitelist import that updates instead of duplicating, prize stock with weighted distribution, rate limiting, one entry per plate, and separate staging and production environments with health monitoring.

The admin dashboard. Eligible plates, participants and redeem rate at a glance, stock per prize, spreadsheet upload for the whitelist, and a one-click CSV export of winners for fulfilment.

Security. The client’s InfoSec team ran a penetration test. The findings were fixed within days and documented twice: once for InfoSec, once in plain language for the campaign and customer service teams so they knew exactly what changed for participants.

Handover. Design tokens and screen artboards as SVG for the design team, a whitelist template and guide for operations, a dashboard training guide, and a full technical dossier (architecture, database schema, API contracts, deployment guide, PostgreSQL migration estimate) so OLXmobbi’s IT team can move the system to its own infrastructure.

What it changed

The campaign launched on the client’s timeline with a system their teams can operate without us: upload the plates, watch the numbers, export the winners. Which is the point of building things properly.
